One of Noel's long-standing customers was Simon, an experienced chef who has led his own restaurant and worked in a variety of hospitality establishments, including Hawksmoor Manchester. After a successful career in professional kitchens, Simon decided he wanted to spend more time with his two daughters and enjoy more weekends with his family. Having worked closely with Noel for many years and understanding the business firsthand, Simon took over Unique Hygiene Ltd in April 2025.
Bringing extensive hospitality knowledge and hands-on experience with the products used daily in restaurants, Simon has introduced a fresh perspective to the business. His understanding of what customers need, combined with first-hand experience of cleaning and hygiene challenges within commercial kitchens, has helped shape product development and service improvements. Looking ahead, Simon's vision is to continue building on Noel's legacy by expanding the company's reach, growing its product range, and delivering the same personal service that customers have trusted for over two decades.

Through hard work and dedication, the business steadily grew, expanding into larger premises and building a loyal customer base across Cheshire, Stockport, and the surrounding areas.
